- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- â…“ cup buttermilk
- 4 cups potato chips
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Mix ½ cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, Dijon mustard, and buttermilk in a second bowl.
- In a food processor, combine potato chips, remaining flour, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with chip mixture.
- Spray each tender with cooking spray and place in air fryer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Enjoy immediately or freeze for later.
Notes
For even cooking, ensure chicken tenders are uniform in size.
Add cayenne pepper for extra spice if desired.
