- ½ cup (118ml) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 6-inch round cake pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, peanut butter, oil, applesauce, egg, and honey. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the cake completely in the pan.
- Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form for frosting.
- Frost the cooled cake as desired.
