- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar (for caramel)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature and cubed)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (room temperature, for caramel)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (for caramel)
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for caramel)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare baking pan with spray and parchment.
- Sift dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Beat sugar, eggs and yolks until fluffy.
- Add melted butter, oil, and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips carefully.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool brownies completely before cutting.
- Prepare salted caramel by melting sugar, then mix in butter and heavy cream.
- Craft ganache with heated cream poured over chocolate chips, then refrigerate.
- Cut cooled brownies into heart shapes, frost with ganache, and drizzle caramel.

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better blending.
Avoid overmixing after adding dry ingredients.
Allow complete cooling for clean cuts.
