- 1 lb fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (or more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- Strain strawberry juice into a pot.
- Add honey and mix well.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir.
- Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes.
- Heat over low heat and stir until completely liquid.
- Fill molds with the liquid using a dropper.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
Adjust honey based on personal taste preference.
Stir continuously while heating to avoid sticking.
