  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: Approx. 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks; about 6.57 cups frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (more as needed for consistency)
  • 13 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave (to taste)

Instructions

  • Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into small chunks and freeze for about 4 hours.

Notes

Make ahead and store in the freezer until needed.
If too solid, let it thaw briefly before re-blending with coconut milk.
Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla, lime juice, or other frozen fruits.
