- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- Handful fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
- Fresh raspberries
- 2–3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add lemon zest to the yogurt mix and spread it onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Press strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt layer.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- For the second layer, add orange zest to the yogurt base, spread it, and top with raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- For the banana layer, mix in peanut butter, spread yogurt, and press banana slices into it.
- Drizzle melted peanut butter and top with mini chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
