Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • Sliced fresh strawberries
  • Handful fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 23 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
  • 12 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add lemon zest to the yogurt mix and spread it onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Press strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt layer.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  • For the second layer, add orange zest to the yogurt base, spread it, and top with raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  • For the banana layer, mix in peanut butter, spread yogurt, and press banana slices into it.
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter and top with mini chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  • Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
