  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix softened butter, dark brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread half of the cinnamon mixture on the bottom halves.
  • Spray a 9×7 inch baking dish and arrange the rolls inside.
  • Cut a shallow X pattern on top of each roll.
  • Dollop remaining cinnamon mixture on top and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • While baking, mix the frosting ingredients until smooth.
  • Frost the warm rolls after cooling for 5 minutes.
