Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top half connected.
  • Place the bottom halves in the greased pan and layer cheese slices over them.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a larger bowl.
  • Scramble the egg mixture in a greased skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Spread scrambled eggs on the cheese, then add crumbled bacon.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
  • Combine melted butter and minced garlic, then brush it over the top.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and flaky sea salt before serving.
