- 12 slices of deli ham
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons stoneground mustard
- 3 ounces Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
- ½ Pink Lady or Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Several sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into six equal pieces.
- Place pastry pieces on a baking sheet and create a border.
- Spread stoneground mustard on each piece.
- Layer Gruyere cheese, deli ham, and apple slices on top.
- Season apple slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle honey and garnish with thyme before serving.
