- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 6 ounces orange gelatin (2 boxes, 3 ounces each)
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- 6.8 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix (2 boxes, 3.4 ounces each)
- 2 ½ cups cold milk
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 16 ounces thawed whipped topping (2 tubs)
- Green and purple food coloring
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish for the crust.
- Blend cream cheese with confectioner's sugar, fold in whipped topping and add purple coloring.
- Spread purple layer over the crust and chill.
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, mix with vanilla pudding and cold milk, then layer on top of purple layer.
- Mix whipped topping with green coloring and spread on the orange layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours and decorate with sprinkles before serving.
