Instructions
- Mix all-purpose flour, black cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in Halloween M&Ms and jimmies into the dough.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheets with decorations.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 10-11 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack and decorate.
