- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 (12 oz) box cinnamon Chex cereal
- 1 (12 oz) box honey nut Chex cereal
- 4 cups pretzels
- 1 (21 oz) bag autumn/harvest candy mix, or plain candy corn
Instructions
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss together both Chex cereals and pretzels.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal and pretzel mixture, tossing to coat.
- For oven method, preheat oven to 275°F and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- For microwave method, microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, then cool.
- Once cooled, mix in candy corn.
Notes
Ensure butter is fully melted for an even coating.
Stir frequently while baking for the best crunch.
Cool completely before adding candy corn to prevent melting.
