- 1 ⅓ cups (162g) all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with foil.
- Brown the butter over medium heat until it turns amber.
- Melt the chopped baking chocolate into the browned butter until smooth.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and salt.
- Stir in cocoa powder, then gradually add flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the pan and top with Halloween treats.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
