- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1 small apple (seeds removed and chopped)
- 1 cup chopped green onions (plus more for garnish)
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, soft boiled eggs, microgreens, kimchi, gochugaru, toasted sesame oil drizzle
Instructions
- Blend the apple, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic, then mix in the marinade.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat, add the beef mixture, and cook until browned, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions and remove from heat.
- Serve over steamed rice and garnish with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Choose ground beef with higher fat content for more flavor.
Letting the beef marinate for an hour enhances the taste.
Experiment with different garnishes for added texture and flavor.
