Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat, crumbling while cooking.
  • Stir in garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha; season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
