- 16 cups air-popped popcorn
- 14 ounces marshmallows
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- 6 drops green food coloring
- 1 cup red candies
Instructions
- Pop 16 cups of popcorn and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup. Bring to a rapid boil while stirring continuously for 1 minute.
- Lower heat and add marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and green food coloring. Stir until marshmallows are almost melted.
- Pour half of the marshmallow mixture over each bowl of popcorn and coat evenly.
- Mix in red candies evenly.
- Spread onto a greased baking sheet to cool, then shape into popcorn balls or serve in cups.
Notes
Stir constantly when boiling to avoid burning.
Add extra food coloring for a more vibrant green.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
