Ingredients

  • 16 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 14 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 6 drops green food coloring
  • 1 cup red candies

Instructions

  • Pop 16 cups of popcorn and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, combine unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light corn syrup. Bring to a rapid boil while stirring continuously for 1 minute.
  • Lower heat and add marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and green food coloring. Stir until marshmallows are almost melted.
  • Pour half of the marshmallow mixture over each bowl of popcorn and coat evenly.
  • Mix in red candies evenly.
  • Spread onto a greased baking sheet to cool, then shape into popcorn balls or serve in cups.

Notes

Stir constantly when boiling to avoid burning.
Add extra food coloring for a more vibrant green.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
