- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 ears of corn on the cob, precooked
- ½ medium watermelon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Boil precooked corn for about 15 minutes.
- Cut watermelon into cubes and chop green bell pepper.
- Whisk soy sauce, garlic-infused olive oil, smoked paprika, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Toss in watermelon, bell pepper, and corn; marinate for 15 minutes.
- Assemble skewers alternating between watermelon, pepper, and corn.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and grill skewers for about 5 minutes on each side.
Notes
Cut the vegetables into uniform sizes for even cooking.
Don’t skip the marinating step for enhanced flavor.
Control grill heat to avoid burning the skewers.
