Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Thaw the frozen peas completely.
  • Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  • Sprinkle flour into the skillet; whisk and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add half-and-half, whisk until thickened, then remove from heat.
