Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely in the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and write 'RIP' on Milano cookies; refrigerate to set.
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Microwave chocolate frosting for 20 seconds to soften; spread over cooled cake.
- Sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top, then decorate with Milano cookies, gummy worms, and pumpkins.
