  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F and bake dry bread cubes for about an hour.
  • In a large pot, melt butter, then sauté onion and celery until tender.
  • Add poultry seasoning, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper; mix in chicken broth.
  • Allow mixture to cool slightly before stirring in whisked eggs.
  • Combine dried bread cubes with the broth mixture and adjust moisture if needed.
