- 1 sleeve graham crackers (9 sheets of 4 crackers), roughly crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar (granulated or brown sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of kosher or fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon.
- Add melted butter and optional vanilla; stir until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool to room temperature, and crumble.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use a food processor for finely crushed graham crackers.
Brown sugar enhances flavor; honey can be a substitute.
Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
