- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup additional mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and mix in Golden Grahams cereal and additional marshmallows.
- Spoon and press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 60 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
Stir the mixture constantly while melting to prevent burning.
Use a greased spatula to help press the mixture into the pan.
Ensure the bars cool completely before cutting to maintain their structure.
