Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Soak bread crumbs in milk for 8-10 minutes.
  • Combine soaked bread crumbs with ground beef, beaten egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a parchment-lined baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare glaze by mixing brown sugar and apple cider vinegar over medium-low heat.
  • Stir in ketchup, hot pepper jelly, and a dash of salt until glossy.
