- ½ cup hot pepper jelly
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Soak bread crumbs in milk for 8-10 minutes.
- Combine soaked bread crumbs with ground beef, beaten egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a parchment-lined baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Prepare glaze by mixing brown sugar and apple cider vinegar over medium-low heat.
- Stir in ketchup, hot pepper jelly, and a dash of salt until glossy.
- Spread â…” of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Spread remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
