  • 2 large organic eggs, room temp.
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • ¼ cup WARM water
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted + cooled to WARM
  • 4 Tbsps molasses
  • ½ cup WARM Almond milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
  • ½ cup organic brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 45 cups organic powdered sugar, sifted
  • 8 oz. organic cream cheese, softened at room temp.
  • 23 Tbsps high-quality eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix yeast and brown sugar; add warm water and let activate.
  • Combine wet ingredients: almond milk, butter, vanilla, molasses.
  • Mix dry ingredients and gradually incorporate into wet mixture.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed.
  • Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
  • Whisk together warm almond milk and molasses for the filling.
  • Create spice mixture with butter, brown sugar, and spices.
  • Roll out the dough and spread the butter and spice mixtures.
  • Cut the rolled dough into pieces and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Pour molasses mixture over rolls and bake until golden brown.
  • Beat cream cheese and mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, eggnog, and cinnamon for glaze.
