- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic and let it cook for a minute. Remove from heat.
- Mix the cooked beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square, then fold and seal the dough into balls.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter mixed with remaining garlic over each ball, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Make sure the beef is well-drained to avoid soggy bombs.
Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for varied flavors.
