  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic and let it cook for a minute. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the cooked beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square, then fold and seal the dough into balls.
  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
