Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix the cooked beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square, then fold and seal the dough into balls.
  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush melted butter mixed with remaining garlic over each ball, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Make sure the beef is well-drained to avoid soggy bombs.
Experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for varied flavors.
