- 1 pound green beans, chopped into ¼-inch pieces

- 1 teaspoon garlic chili oil (or more to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add chopped green beans and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
- Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic chili oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cook for an additional minute before serving hot.
Notes
Adjust garlic chili oil to suit your spice preference.
For added texture, mix in chopped nuts or sesame seeds before serving.
Fresh green beans are preferred, but frozen can be used if thawed and drained.
