Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick wedges.
- Brush half of the olive oil and garlic paste on each steak, season with fennel seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Flip each steak, applying remaining oil, garlic, and spices evenly.
- Roast for 25 minutes, flipping after initial time until golden brown.
- Continue roasting for another 20 minutes until tender and crispy.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
