Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the seasoned steak in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes undisturbed.
- Toss the steak for another 1-2 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak and add butter to the skillet, followed by minced garlic and rosemary. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Return steak to the skillet, combining it with the garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
