Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into even-sized florets
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- 30 g (about 1/3 cup) Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a medium frying pan and toast the Panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder and parsley until golden.
- Steam cauliflower florets for about 7-10 minutes until tender yet firm.
- In the same frying pan, melt another tbsp of butter and sauté the steamed cauliflower with salt until lightly golden.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the cauliflower before serving.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
Keep an eye on breadcrumbs while toasting to avoid burning.
Feel free to add more garlic for extra flavor.
