- 1 loaf unsliced sourdough bread
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 6 cloves garlic (grated with a microplane)
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup finely minced parsley
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine softened butter, grated garlic, parmesan cheese, minced parsley, sea salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Slice sourdough bread into 1-inch thick pieces without cutting all the way through.
- Spread garlic butter mixture between each slice and on both sides.
- Wrap bread in aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Use high-quality butter for richer flavor.
