Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
- Add sugar to the melted mixture and stir. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring until blended.
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture without overmixing.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into the baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
