  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups (155g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (152g) white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (76g) Fruity Pebbles

Instructions

  • Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add all-purpose flour until no dry pockets remain.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips and Fruity Pebbles until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheets and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake cookies for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
  • Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
