- 7-ounce jar marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg; combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in ¾ cup of Fruity Pebbles into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Scoop batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Keep cooked pancakes warm while repeating with remaining batter.
- Microwave marshmallow fluff until drizzling consistency and pour over pancakes.
- Top with extra Fruity Pebbles and serve.
Notes
Avoid overmixing for fluffier pancakes; a few lumps are okay.
