  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles, plus more for rolling
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Blend 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles into crumbs and set aside.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix cooled melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  • Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in whole Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Scoop dough into balls, roll in additional Fruity Pebbles, and place on sheets.
