- 1 pineapple
- 16 ounces strawberries
- 5 to 6 kiwis
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 cups red grapes
- 2 cups green grapes
- ¼ cup brown sugar or honey (or agave or maple syrup)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh mint (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly, removing any over-ripe pieces.
- Peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Halve or quarter the strawberries; peel and chop the kiwis.
- Leave the grapes and blueberries whole for texture.
- Mix brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Combine all prepared fruit in a large bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
- Gently toss to coat and refrigerate until serving.
- Toss again before serving and garnish with mint.
Notes
Use ripe, seasonal fruits for best flavor.
Add nuts or coconut flakes for crunch.
Adjust the sweetness of the dressing to your liking.
