- 1 cup greek yogurt vanilla or plain
- 6 to 8 oreo cookies crushed (mix of fine crumbs and chunky pieces)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey agave, or maple syrup, optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese optional (for a cheesecake-like filling)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- extra crushed oreos for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, crushed Oreo cookies, and vanilla extract. Optionally, add softened cream cheese and honey.
- Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoon mounds onto the lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour or until completely firm.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey to suit your sweetness preference.
These bites can also be served with additional toppings like extra crushed Oreos or drizzled white chocolate.
