  • ½¾ cup (120ml – 180ml) white rum
  • ⅓ cup (90ml) lime juice
  • Lime slice for garnish
  • Fresh cherries for garnish
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil to create simple syrup.
  • Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes until thickened, then cool.
  • In a blender, combine frozen cherries, fresh cherries, raspberries, simple syrup, rum, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste mixture and adjust sweetness and rum to preference.
  • Strain if desired, then serve garnished with lime, cherries, and raspberries.
