Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine drained corn, black beans, Rotel, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese. Stir gently.
