  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for onions)
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the burger sauce; refrigerate.
  • Caramelize sliced red onions in a skillet with butter over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Shape ground beef into four patties and season; grill on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, adding cheddar cheese on top to melt.
  • Butter sourdough slices and grill until crispy.
  • Assemble burgers with sauce, patty, onions, tomato, and lettuce on toasted sourdough.
