Instructions
- Cube the cantaloupe and remove any seeds.
- Thinly slice the cucumber for a refreshing crunch.

- Add zing with thinly sliced red onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cracked pepper, and salt.
