- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 trader joe’s frozen french onion soup use both in the package
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup shredded gruyère cheese
- Trader Joe’s Crispy Fried Onions or shallots
Instructions
- Heat the French onion soup with the beef broth in a saucepan on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to a rolling boil and add the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes or until they are tender.
- Divide the cooked noodles into bowls and ladle the onion broth over them. Top with shredded gruyère cheese and crispy fried onions before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using homemade beef broth.
You can substitute Gruyère cheese with Swiss cheese if preferred.
