- 1 3/4 cups milk

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Make a well and add wet ingredients.
- Whisk until smooth, leaving a few lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan and coat with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter and shape in the pan.
- Flip when bubbles form, cook until golden.
- Serve warm with toppings.
Notes
Use fresh baking powder for best results.
Don’t over-mix; a few lumps are fine.
Adjust heat to prevent quick browning.
