Instructions

  • Whisk together pumpkin puree, egg, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Add coconut sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda; stir until combined.
  • Pour batter into an 8×8 prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until center is set.

Notes
