- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g/7 oz pork loin, sliced thinly
- 100g/1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
- 150g/1 cup green beans, sliced thinly
- 100g/1 cup white cabbage, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 125g/4 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 250g/8 oz egg noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lime, quartered (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for about one minute.
- Add sliced pork loin and a pinch of salt; stir-fry for about five minutes until fully cooked.
- Incorporate sliced carrots, green beans, cabbage, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce; add shrimp and cook for about seven minutes.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and add to the pan.
- Add additional soy sauce and sesame oil; garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot with lime quarters on the side.
Notes
Marinate pork in soy sauce for extra flavor before cooking.
Use fresh vegetables for vibrant color and crisp texture.
Avoid overcooking the shrimp for the best tenderness.
