Ingredients

  • 5 large ripe mangoes
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 400 g graham crackers (about 25 crackers)

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the mangoes into thin pieces.
  • Combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and kosher salt in a bowl.
  • Beat the mixture with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread 2 cups of cream mixture over the crackers.
  • Add â…“ of the sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
  • Repeat layers two more times and finish with sliced mangoes on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Use fully ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
Allow ample time for chilling and freezing for optimal texture.
Leftovers can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
