Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
- Incorporate egg white and vanilla extract into the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until just combined.
- Divide the dough into three balls and color two with red and green food coloring.
- Scoop and combine colored doughs to create a marbled design.
- Roll dough into balls and coat with granulated sugar before placing on baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 minutes and cool on the sheet for 5 minutes.
