  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg (for icing)

Instructions

  • Mix cold butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Add egg and molasses, blend until fluffy.
  • Whisk dry ingredients separately.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures gently.
  • Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Scoop and roll dough, then coat in gold sugar.
  • Flatten dough balls and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the eggnog icing and cool the mixture.
