  • 2 teaspoons orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Cut each pita into four pieces and split them in half.
  • Brush pita pieces with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes or until crispy.
  • Combine diced pears, pomegranate, and reserved orange juice in a bowl.
  • Add chopped mandarin oranges and mix gently.
