- 1 bottle (750 mL) white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup peach nectar (strained)
- ⅓ cup peach whiskey
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- ¼ cup agave nectar or simple syrup
- 2–3 large fresh peaches (washed, pitted, and sliced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced, optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and pit the peaches. Blend with water until smooth to make peach nectar, then strain.
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach nectar, peach whiskey, orange liqueur, and sweetener.
- Add sliced peaches and optional lemon slices. Stir gently.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
- When ready, pour sangria into glasses, topping with sparkling water and garnishing with mint.
Notes
Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor.
Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of agave nectar.
Chill thoroughly for optimal flavor.
