Instructions

- Nestle peeled garlic cloves and fresh thyme around tomatoes.

- Pour olive oil to cover tomatoes up to ¾ of their height.
- Roast for 1.5 to 1.75 hours until soft and wrinkled.
- Let cool and transfer to a covered jar, ensuring tomatoes are submerged in olive oil.
